That seems to me to be exactly what it is, what's weirding me out is why I'd suddenly get all these infections at once. Throat, sinus, ear, eyes? Maybe this is normal but I've never heard of this! Fortunately I'm on antibactierials so now all the infections are receeding, but still. Weird.
Yes, Pell Grants! I guess from the way it's worded I could get any amount less than the number they specified, but I think I'll probably get the whole thing.
