Nah. "I could care less" actually has a measurable infection different from "I couldn't care less," indicating that the phrase originated out of sarcasm, and anyway English had tons of idiomatic expressions that do not literally correlate to the meanings. Basically if thousands of people use the phrase regularly and it's parsed as being correct in their own mental grammar, then it is in fact correct.
