Han Solo was kind of a dick, but he was fun.

It gave him room for ~character growth~. Plus I guess in the EU he spawned all the important new Jedi, so he's better than Luke for sure.

I stopped wanting to read after Chewie, Han becoming an alcoholic, Luke's wife DYING OF A MYSTERIOUS DISEASE etc.

I liked a lot of the things that had nothing to do with the original series characters, though.

I hear that Leia's kids are pretty badass.

Yeah, the Solo twins are fairly ace.

You should tell me stuff to read in the EU. Though I have probably read like half of the Star Wars Wiki at this point, maybe I know everything cool already.

Also, I think Setine is dissing KOTOR. She is, isn't she? How could she.

Most of what I knew to read I got from reading the wiki, so you are probably in a better position than I am!

Even the second Knights of the Old Republic game is about ten times better than anything that happened at any moment in the prequels.

And the first one was legitimately awesome! Gosh.

I think I might be less impressed with it if I replayed it now, due to having played a few more Western RPGs and knowing the genre conventions and stuff. BUT IT IS STILL BADASS.
