I was unconscious through the inauguration. I, uh, hope it was awesome?

I think it's pretty hilarious that I've managed to get Bryce sick, despite the fact that we live hundreds of miles apart, since I got Bridgette sick in our brief interaction and she promptly went home and got him sick—you'll never be rid of me, brother!

Went to the campus health services, who transferred me to the campus urgent care, who gave me antibiotics and albuterol and cough syrup laced with codeine. This entire last weekend has been the most miserable series of days I can remember, and possibly the most painful event of my entire life—it certainly was the most painful event with that kind of duration—and goddamnit, it could have been prevented had I any access to medical services! I'm not bitter, no.

I have a whole two days off school, though. Score! Here's to hoping it won't land me that far behind.

Nothing happens in the first few classes except syllabuses and stuff! YOU SHOULD BE FINE.

Nah, all the teachers have gone over that already. Besides, some of my classes meet every damn day, pretty much, so we're into, like, the forth and fifth class, at this point. NOT THAT I DON'T THINK I'LL BE FINE.

E-mail your professors? And if your school has some kind of online class-organization/bulletin board system, try looking on that for a roster, and e-mail other people in the class to see what you missed.

Also, have you figured out how to check your mail yet?

One of my teachers actually has all the homework and all the lectures online, which is nifty! Except I haven't been able to do them yet because my head has not been allowing it. Depressingly enough.

We actually all got sick separately, but at the same time, apparently. My dad says it's unlikely that any of us got anyone else sick. So it's weird.
