Finally, I get crossposting from Dreamwidth to work. After two months! That's what those "testing" posts were all about, if you saw them. Eh, sorry about that. Technology and I often aren't friends, and since technology is soullessly consistent, that usually means I'm doing something stupid.
I've made absolutely no good use out of my last three sick days. I could've cleaned, or written, or slept but none of these things happened. I could've done mod stuff at
startrek2009 but I didn't feel up to it at all. I just laid in bed and stared at stuff. I did randomly check my university email and found out that someone on campus might've offered me a job over the semester ... three weeks ago, and I could pull my hair out. I emailed him back and I hope he's still interested in hearing from me. Goddamn.
I'm supposed to move back to Tucson in August and it's started to occur to me that I haven't done any sort of work on this whatsoever. It looks like a room costs somewhere between $400 and $500 to rent, a studio is around the same. That'll be plus utilities, though. It's hard to make decisions like this when you really can't afford any option. This complex sounds sort of promising, but isn't that just like living in the dorms?
Insomnia's been a bitch, lately. I'm too tired to decide anything.
Oh, and I found this last night! And I still love it.
