WOW THAT IS A RIDICULOUS LIST I AM A RIDICULOUS PERSON. Lots of those weren't ever used or were only used maybe a couple of times. I like most of the names a lot, though. And looking at that list makes me suspect Sam was like, my favorite character to play ever, for ... I don't even know why. BECAUSE HE IS AWESOME.
