Stupid question but here's my answer:

Biologically: I understand my male friends definitely have issues re: the phallus. There's something that you apparently are always having to deal with. Still, they admit they are grateful for not dealing with tampons, underwires or childbirth. Women have it harder.

Socially: ...pfft....depends on the society. In many ways, though, men have it hard since they have to be MANLY. Also, I touch everyone I see and my male friends doing the same are suddenly perverts. We can get away with a lot more in modern Western society if we play our cards correctly. Gradually, though, men are becoming increasingly allowed to be sensitive in public. At the same time, we women are pressured to be thin and beautiful. My male friends don't put makeup on to leave the house. It's in the air. Frankly, I think social rules suck for all of us. :/

The question pushes my buttons because it brings out two things I absolutely fucking loathe: sexist women who put down the rest of their gender while insisting that they are different and special, and men whining about "positive discrimination" or what the fuck ever. I OFTEN FEEL MORE LIKE A DUDE, TOO, AND NOT JUST IN HOW I ACT, BUT RIGHT DOWN TO THE WAY I SIT, STAND, WALK AND TALK but shockingly enough, I am more female friends than male friends, I don't think women are usually bitches, like makeup and skirts and actually, now that I think about it, most of the I HATE WOMEN TEEHEE girls are just as goddamn girly as any other woman I know! I only like makeup and skirts and stuff until the moment they become inconvenient or if I just don't feel like going through the trouble. FUNNILY I DO NOT FEEL MORE A GIRL WHILE WEARING THEM. And I don't think the trappings make much of a difference, not only do I feel no different but I've never noticed a difference in how I'm treated if I'm dressed like a chick or like a dude.
