Woke up today with everything I had last night except my eyes are bright fucking red, so I really feel like this thing has spread to every organ I keep in my skull. Went to urgent care and I have an infection in both ears, maybe strep throat again, maybe a sinus infection, too. I say maybe because the doctor didn't even bother checking for anything else after seeing my ears, since I'm now on a fuckton of antibiotics anyway and testing for anything else would just be pointless. Pointless torture was actually the word she used about the strep throat test, I guess my throat looks pretty bad? If I don't get better in a few days I am told "you'd better come back in, with your ears looking like that." I didn't even ask what she meant by that. I don't care. I feel completely beaten.

I did negotiate for numbing ear drops though. Sweet, sweet relief is coming, just as soon as the pharmacist finishes up.

I can't hear a goddamn thing.

Luckily the worst is pretty much over, now. I think I was starting to get better on my own, because I don't think antibiotics work that quickly, and the ear drops have done a lot, too. I SHOULD BE IN AWESOME HEALTHY SHAPE SOON, though!
