I pulled a muscle in my back. How? Oh, by sitting funny at my laptop while reading comic books for a few hours, I'm pretty sure—in fact, I'm totally sure, since there's no other explanation whatsoever. How embarrassing, I clearly need to invent a story in which some sort of physical activity actually happened. Anyway, I went from thinking that, gee, there's some sorta crick in my spine, to oh geez it only hurts a terribly when I stand or sit or lie down, and if there's another position to exist in please please tell me because I haven't figured it out yet.

I was like that for a while! With Runaways, I mean. I finally got to it and it's totally worth it, though. It features great things like endearing characters, a predominately female cast, pretty art, solid writing and a pet velociraptor.

It's technically not a velociraptor, it's a genetically engineered dinosaur from the future, which is almost as intelligent as a person and follows the telepathic commands of its owner Gert. It is named Old Lace. Its battle strategy is to jump on people and pretend like it's eating their faces.

I have a really weak upper back and have always gotten sore when standing for long periods of time, so now whenever I'm hunched over the computer for too long and my upper back gets sore, I tell Jason I was doing housework for sooooo long that it got hurt. LOLOLOL
