rocknloadThe house on the hill was lovely, really. I'm sure people can get the best of their backyards when they've got a slope of about fifty degrees. And letting that yard become overrun with a carpet of long, slippery grass? Makes it picturesque. ... Okay, planting every thorny kind of plant imaginable at regular intervals?
We're starting to tread into the realm of what the hell, here.
You can imagine what happened to us, me and Bryce. Repeatedly. I don't know how we avoided getting stabbed in the face as we slid and flailed around.
We also broke into the abandoned house and looked through all the stuff that'd been left behind, though, so I don't know if we can complain that much.
My job has bizarre perks.
