Well, that was quick. It looks like I might be able to graduate after next semester! That's right, after three semesters in an actual university. Eat it, all you people with practical majors actually applicable to real jobs, I bet you're jealous now! Pretty soon now I could well be out of school, back on the streets, back to pathetically begging for jobs in places that will never in a million years hire me. It's the sort of thing that makes me wonder why exactly I went back to college in the first place.

I'm going to talk to an advisor to see if graduating early is actually possible, but even if it is I'm probably going to spend my last semester studying in Nanjing. Then I have to figure out my Peace Corps application and goddamn, how did this all happen, again?

Also, next semester I get to take The Linguistic Structure of Modern Chinese, and if you don't think that that is FUCKING KICKASS AWESOME then I don't know what's wrong with you. I am so excited about this class that I wish it was January right now.
